CropCrew is designed to connect agricultural laborers (crews) with farmers for efficient site-specific crop management solutions. You agree to use the services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The app provides tools for job bookings, tracking, and managing agricultural operations. While we strive for accuracy, the information provided may not always reflect the latest data.

Eligibility

To use CropCrew, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Please note that KetZero Agritech Solutions facilitates agreements solely with farmers, providing labors (crews) to complete agricultural jobs. All job-related agreements are made directly between the farmer and KetZero Agritech Solutions.

Modifications to Services

We may update or modify the app at our discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.

All content, logos, trademarks, and services provided through the app are the intellectual property of KetZero Agritech Solutions. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or redistribute any material without permission.

We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in job details or other app information. Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app are not our responsibility.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India/TamilNadu. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Tirupathur Jurisdiction.
